Afternoon camp specialized for our children planning school sports or joining teams in the new season and wanting to stay fit, healthy and active. This camp will provide young athletes with the fundamentals of strength and conditioning. Athletes will be taught the following: speed, endurance, agility, strength, and power movements to enhance overall health and sport performance. There will also be an emphasis on foam rolling, stretching, yoga, and breathwork. All of these will allow the athletes to have a better understanding of their bodies along with having fun outdoors. - Speed, endurance, and agility training to improve overall fitness along with sports - Strength and resistance training to help improve strength along with power - Soft tissue and mobility in order to increase flexibility and movement This camp is geared especially for middle school and junior high age campers, 11-15yrs If you have group of elementary age children that would like to join we can open up a second group - please email or note in your registration if there is a friend group Limited spots, individualized attention.
